Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Türkiye with FedEx. Every order is tracked, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to FedEx within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders to the United States arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to customs checks.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Customs & duties

Import duties and taxes, if any, are shown or collected at checkout wherever possible. If your parcel is held by customs, FedEx may contact you directly.
